Excelsior community center social outreach program distributes tablets to some children

In this episode the social outreach program at the excelsior community college had a visit to the Morant Bay women’s center where they dropped off some donations to the institution and we also got to have a chat with some key persons who made the trip possible.

Todays Episode will feature Latesha Parkes, an author, speaker and overcomer of abuse. We will attempt to explore this extremely sensitive issue in an attempt to leave with a true understanding of the nature of abuse and the implications it may have on the women. As well as a coping mechanism to deal live with the experience.
