Changed My Life

I wish I could explain how fundamentally this podcast has changed my life. The concepts they teach are essential and packaged in an easy-to-understand way. Jessica, KJ, and Taylor kindly teach how to be a better and happier human.

There have been times when I have felt JUNKY, and the thought comes to my mind to listen to Thoughts on Thoughts. I look for the episode that seems to fit what’s going on in my life, and the advice given and principles taught are spot on. Y’ALL. I’ve teared up while working out at the gym listening to these gals (not embarrassing obvi).

Listen listen listen. It’s always a good growing experience, and you’ll usually laugh along the way. 😉

Excellent mental health resource

I've learned so much from this podcast. It's been a huge in helping me progress through my therapy experience. Instead of taking extra sessions learning about the essentials, I bring with me the foundational knowledge to build upon. Taylor, Jessica and KJ are able to explain things in such a way that it's easy to understand, yet packed with so much info. Definitely recommend this to everyone (And I really do - constantly!) Keep them coming, please!
