Cocktail Recipe: In a shaker with ice, pour: 2 oz blackberry whiskey 0.5 oz lemon juice 0.5 oz sweet vermouth 0.25 oz rosemary simple syrup 3 dashes orange bitters shake, then strain into glass add brandied cherry garnish with burnt rosemary

Cocktail Recipe (about 8 servings): At least 2 days before you want to serve the cocktail, in a large mason jar pour: 8 oz white rum 8 oz brandy peels of 1 lemon 1 cinnamon stick 2 cloves 1 tbsp ground nutmeg let infuse for 2- 12 hrs (or longer) strain and discard the solids Now pour into the existing infused liquor: 1/2 cup sugar 4 oz lemon juice 4 oz pineapple juice 8 oz water stir until sugar is dissolved in another container pour 4 oz whole milk slowly add in the coctail mixture stir gently & regrigerate for 2-24 hours (recommend 24 hrs) after the mixture has curdles, strain using coffee filters or cheese cloth into another container can strain twice for extra clarifcation serve over a large ice sphere  garnish with a lemon peel

Cocktail Recipe: In a shaker without ice, put: 2 blackberries drizzle agave muddle, then pour: 1.5 oz blackberry bourbon 1.5 oz bourbon 4 oz lemonade 1 oz of egg white (or 1 egg white) shake, then add ice shake till cold double strain over glass with fresh ice garnish with a blackberry on the rim
