    Shenna got married when she was barely 15 to a man who was abusive. Two years later she was incarcerated with Life without parole. She spent 25 years in prison when the sentenced got overturned. She did everything to better herself. She learned to love herself, how to use her traumatic childhood to catapult her instead of hold her down. She has been sexually assaulted, abused mentally, physically and emotionally. Yet she stands tall and has overcome. She also became a personal trainer.She loves helping women discover their true selves, believe in themselves and never let their past hold them back. She helps women who are going through divorce, addictions, trauma and find there is still hope. She is working on her degree and coaching certification. She wants every woman to know they are amazing and beautiful and anything they dream they can achieve. Never give up your hopes or your dreams.
