Glow through your Growth 💜

I felt compelled to write a review after meeting Bret and Christine through a mutual party. They are two of the most genuine and authentic humans I've ever met, so it's no shock to me that their mission at the Center is to not just foster growth, but to deepen your awareness of your own identity to promote authenticity. I highly encourage you to share your reasons as to why your seeking therapy and/or coaching and allow the highly skilled therapists and coaches to guide you in the creation and implementation of goals that work best for you in your situation. It's definitely not a one size fits all approach and personalizing goals and treatment modalities is what sets The Center For Thriving Relationships apart from other options. So, whether you're seeking individual or couples help, just know that you can expect positive communication, empathy and flexibility from anyone you choose to meet with at the Center.
Great episode on relationship anxiety

I just listened to the episode, Relationship Anxiety: "Is my partner the right one?" with Sarah Yudkin. I liked how when she was going through wondering if she loved Nate, how he supported her, and it led her into the work that she does now. I also loved how sharing her story set herself free, and she was no longer hiding. Great interview, Christine and keep up the great podcast :)

The first episode I listened to I was really put off listening to all of the guest speakers “credentials” which just turned out to be all their political ideologies. I barely got any relationship tips. I decided I just must have started off with a bad one. I went on to listen to previous episodes along with more current episodes; especially focusing on ones that I felt would benefit my own relationship. It became clear this podcast is not helpful at all
