Importance of platforms within youth soccer - Wes Otsuki

Wes currently coaches at United Soccer Coaching inc, within San Carlos United, based on the Peninsula. He has raised some very good points on how platforms within youth soccer are used, why they are important, and what he thinks is needed to progress to the top as a young player. We discuss the differences between Europe/USA and how the US can use Europe as a great example going forward. Wes also talks about what he has been doing within the company he works in/club within this current period we are having with COVID-19.
