A charming podcast about two friends going down memory lane while they rediscovery the things they loved throughout High School...
Terminator 2: Judgment Day (w/ Louis Nick)
The BFFs are joined on this most joyous judgment day by retuning guest Louis Nick (Spoiled Again, Talking Chat) to talk about something he loved in high school, Terminator 2: Judgment Day! We talk about the movie, where Louis was when he first saw it and how much Linda Hamilton rules in this movie. Plus, Liza helps us plan out our perfect High School Reunions in the Surprise Prize!
Star Trek: First Contact
We've finally realized our dream of being a podcast that talks about space, broadcasting from space. Your BBFs are talking about one of Andrew's faves; Star Trek: First Contact! Liza has lots of Star Trek questions and Andrew maybe has some of the answers. We talk about everything from the movie from how little screen time the main crew gets to how much screen time Patrick Stewart's guns get. Plus, Liza gets her revenge in a new Surprise Prize!
Practical Andrew and Magical Liza bring you another one of Liza's faves, the 1998 romantic comedy (really?) Practical Magic! Plus, Liza got a dog so Andrew put together a dog name game in the Surprise Prize!
Andrew's Playlist (Again)
Stay with us on this, Andrew created a playlist of songs from albums that he bought based on these songs but didn't like the rest of the album. Sort of one hit wonders for Andrew. Plus, this is the last episode before the US election so for the Surprise Prize we give one last plea for everyone to make their voting plan!
The Music of Pink
Liza takes us through her love of the musician and famous lover of punctuation marks, P!nk! We go through some of her favorite songs from Missundaztood to The Truth About Love and stuff in-between! Plus, another voter-centered Surprise Prize!
One iconic duo talks about another iconic duo. The BFFs are going out West to talk about the 2000 comedy/"western" Shanghai Noon! Hear their thoughts on the movie and talk about how flipping fun Jackie Chan is. Then, a very opulent Surprise Prize!

Sweet and earnest people, Relatable podcast!
I LOVE this podcast. Andrew and Liza’s honesty and humility when reassessing their tastes from high school (musical and otherwise) is what makes it so charming, and they are able to laugh at themselves, each other, and their guests while still maintaining a safe environment to reveal embarrassing personal anecdotes through a comical lens. While listening to MOST of my podcasts, I find myself thinking “I would love to be friends with these people” and with Throwback to school it’s fun because I get to think I AM friends with these people 😍☺️💕
