Tidy Tech

Gretchen and Melissa explore how schools and families are finding balance with real time and digital time through conversations with leaders developing better models of appropriate and healthy digital consumption. They ask important questions and get curious about the potential benefits and pitfalls of keeping our digital lives tidy. They talk to those in medicine, psychology, education, advocacy, research and more. They hope to increase your awareness around technology and kids and connect you with resources on this topic. You’re going to learn more about screen time side effects on kids, tech topics related to youth, how tech is used in schools, and what can be done to help our children and protect our children.
