Great Podcast! Diverse guests, unique and inside perspective of OSU along with Tim’s personality offers a fun listen...

Austin Ward is great, almost always love the guests but Anthony Schlegel is a rough listen. I wasn’t a fan of his at Ohio State, took some of his cheap shots when he was clearly beat and out talented on the field. He’s not an alpha, he’s a beta...

On his show with Austin & Doss, he speaks way too much and doesn’t allow anyone else to offer their perspective. He’s only 6-7 years younger than me but sounds like he’s 24 just out of college. Sadly he comes off as sanctimonious and an expert on all subjects which he’s not; your comment of genius was right on but Anthony was too busy talking at hyper-speed to understand what you meant. I think his product is entirely to derivative but sometimes even a derivative product can sell like crazy. He does bring energy but he needs to be coached up when it comes to communication- understanding the audience, pacing his speech and respecting his colleagues thoughts.

All of your episodes are great because of you but the Schlegel episode is a rough listen. Hate to be harsh on a person but I had to stop listening to Austin’s pod because of Anthony’s I am who I am domineering personality.

Keep up the great work in retirement!
