    You are in for a treat this episode!  Emily introduces you to her doctor, Dr. Emily Telfair, a naturopathic practitioner in Baltimore.  Dr. Emily runs a practice called HeartSpace, and offers naturopathic consultations as well as craniosacral therapy.  While the Emilys discuss both modalities in this episode, the primary focus is on craniosacral therapy, a gentle, hands-on therapy that brings balance to the fascia in the body, especially around the central nervous system channel running from the head (cranium) to the tail (sacrum). Emily shares her personal experience receiving this treatment, and Dr. Emily explains the science of it!
