The dynamic duo is back at it again. John and Zack are wonderful hosts. This time in podcast form. It is sad that after so many years of tiny houses being a thing. Our governments still have not made them legal. There is a continuing issue of lack of affordable housing. Here is an obvious solution, but there is such a slow adoption! I am thankful that many people are taking affordable housing into their own hands. To the point that many are living in vehicles full time. Bureaucrats do not have the best interests of the people in mind. Only keeping their jobs. In the end, we the people, are making the decisions for ourselves and not waiting for government to figure it out. I am an advocate of vehicle dwelling when there are no other alternatives. Or to choose vehicle dwelling as a cost cutting alternative.

Even though I get to watch re-runs for free on Sony tv plus, I am glad you all started a pod cast! Love it.

I have been following the tiny house movement for almost 5 years. And I have watched a lot of your Tiny House Nation episodes on Roku channel, sometimes two or three times. I went to a tiny house festival in San Diego in 2022. I have also attended, on zoom, a couple of tiny house summits. I have been a member of the THIA for two years. So that I can get some experience, I have been living in my friends’ 200 square-foot tiny house that has no plumbing for the past 10 months. I’m so glad that you guys are back and I’m really excited how you’re using the podcast to talk with former clients from the show and how they’re doing now as well as bringing in some of your respected colleagues. I always learn some thing from both of you, and on my journey to having my own tiny house. And, you guys are a lot of fun and help educate about the tiny house movement. And I value Zacks role in the tiny house movement, and getting more cities to allow tiny houses. I can’t wait to hear your next episode…. Thank you!
