These Podcasts provide an outlook onto my life. Journey with me to my childhood, to my future, to my present self. Discover how I have helped and developed myself over the years whilst dealing with childhood trauma and religious dogma. As hard as being honest is, it is necessary. This is a podcast of self love, growth, it's about dreams and ambitions. It's not one for dwelling. It's one for growing and glowing. Let me guide you into a new age.

    The Mother Wound

A dialogue with myself surrounding my mother wound grief, what I do when it arises, what I do to heal and love myself. A very personal insight into my heart and past. Posting this dialogue for anyone dealing with similar grief in their life. Recorded in December 2019. My reason for sharing this is to release my old story and to open up my hands to receive more blessings and abundance. To be a guide and a walking contradiction that despite your childhood struggles, you can achieve and unlock all kinds of happiness, joy and success in life. After recording and posting this podcast, my life shifted immensely for the better. I encourage everyone to be open and be vulnerable, to release shame and pain.
