Tiny Pep Talks for Stepparents

I happened upon this podcast in one of my ongoing searches to find resources as a step parent. Step parenting is one of those things in life that is very challenging, and as a step parent you can often get overlooked as having legit opinions and approaches to the situation. This podcast really helps me know that I’m not alone. Step parents can often feel mixed emotions, and that’s hard on an ongoing basis. Whether it’s giving up entire weekends to do what the kids and your significant other want to do, cleaning up messes that shouldn’t be there (but you’re not able to tell the kids to clean them up themselves), or walking the fine line of trying to be liked while also keeping the household running (and living the life you want to live), step parenting is a lot. Unless you’re really in it, you’ll never get it. Love this podcast for meeting this need. ❤️
