    This week on Tiny Pod Big Impact, I interview the deeply human, supremely talented and enormous hearted Andy Mundy-Castle about his latest film “Shoot the People.” I really enjoyed talking to him about his work, and he shared great advice on how he overcomes self-doubt, and what small act every one of us can do to make a big impact. “Shoot the People,” follows activist, photographer Misan Harriman, and connects Misan’s powerful photography of protest movements today with photographs, activists and archives of ordinary standing together to enact extraordinary change. It is an extraordinarily powerful, deeply moving and thought-provoking piece that stays with you long after the credits roll. A truly rich, layered, and hopeful film.     This week on Tiny Pod Big Impact, I interview the supremely talented documentary filmmaker, director, producer, founder of Doc Hearts and enormous hearted Andy Mundy-Castle, to talk about his latest film, “Shoot The People.” It was a pleasure to sit down with him and discuss his work, and the Big Impact his films have. “Shoot The People” is out in cinemas next week- a deeply human, thought-provoking, moving film following activist, photographer Misan Harriman and charting protest movements of the last century. Truly a must see.     Welcome to Tiny Pod Big Impact I am so excited to share with you my new podcast: Tiny Pod Big Impact. Having been podcasting solo for almost two years, exploring and rediscovering meaning in words, I wanted to expand into conversation and communion with others. There is often so much noise around people making the world worse, that I wanted to create a space to share the stories of people making the world better. This podcast is all about people, and discovering what drives them, how they keep going, and a place to celebrate their big impact. Thank you for joining me here.
