Tips for Creating/Facilitating Educational Programs and Teams

In the last episode of the season, Janice, Peter, and special guest Roger Edwards, ScD, discuss creating teams and new programs in higher education and clinical practice. Roger is the Director of the Health Professions Education Program at MGH Institute of Health Professions. They reflect on how the pandemic has affected post-professional learning and what these education systems will look like after the pandemic, while offering three tips for facilitating educational projects in health professions education.
