    This week was the full Beaver Full Moon, and a few major milestones in my recovery journey. 900 days alcohol free, 1 week weed free, and 5 years of breaking generational cycles of trauma... it feels so good to be living a life worth loving!

    Leadership in Education - Operant Chamber with Paulie Gloves

    Thank you for listening to the first episode of "The Operant Chamber" during which we talk to Paulie Gloves about Leadership in Education... let us know what you think! "Think like a scientist - behave like a social worker!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There were plenty of gems dropped throughout... here are a few to pique your interest! 1. Lived experience with bullying. Feelings of being "lesser than" and fostered the development of a "fighting spirit." 2. Lived experiences with leadership - good and bad - blame game - good people - bad behaviors 3. Involved in school turn-around implementation - sustainability an issue - when working with adults need to also apply behavioral science to supporting them in the workplace.  4. There's a significant cost to bad leadership - $20-30K for teacher turnover - emotional responding - need to realign with values - what to do more, less, or differently? 5.     Keep Having That Fighting Spirit with Lisi Campbell
