David Condon started collecting and selling pieces of the set from James Cameron's Titanic before the film had come out in cinemas. A lucky coincidence had him stumble upon a story about a stash of timber, decking and plasterwork that had been discarded erroneously in a Mexican field not far from the studio where Titanic was filmed.
