The ’TK TORQ’ podcast strives to uncover all things self development and personal wellbeing for young people. Specifically designed for the youth, 27 year old host Tom, provides a sounding board through first hand life experience to help listeners navigate the crucial stages of constructing of their adult self. To compliment and dissect these lessons, distinguished guests in their field will also share their knowledge and discuss how we can accelerate our pursuit to living life with the utmost purpose and fulfilment, ultimately discovered through building a high level of self awareness.

    Anxiety and stress comes in the form of all shapes and sizes. I let it dictate and control my reality for too long in my early 20's.     This week we were privileged to speak with Tina Bruce, a yoga and breathwork facilitator, retreat leader and author amongst many other skill sets that has forged a pathway to authentic empowerment through her own transformation and healing journey.  When she got to near breaking point through an overwhelming amount of stress through her career in western medical practice and life as a Mother she embarked on a new trajectory through finally taking control of her mind, body and spirit and healing her inner child. Today she helps others do the same through various modalities and by teaching the necessary tools we must learn to find our true calling in life and how to pay attention to our intuitive voice.
