192: True Success is About Who You’re Being (Not What You’re Doing) with Jen Beverage

192: True Success is About Who You’re Being (Not What You’re Doing) with Jen Beverage

“Success is not about what you have, it’s about who you came here to be.”

Powerful words from my client, Jen Beverage. If you’ve been chipping away at your business for a while and running yourself into a wall, wondering when things will actually start to work out… this episode is definitely for you.

Jen and I dive deep into a conversation that will take you behind the scenes to show you what it really takes to rise into your role as a leader. In this episode, you’ll learn why trial and error is a crucial part of building a business, why it’s totally acceptable to evolve your purpose and business (and not stay in the confines of a box), why many leaders get stuck in feeling like they need to earn their worth, the trouble with toe-dipping (aka trying different things but not putting 100% into anything), why you need to stop creating things you don’t love, and the importance of dancing with the divine masculine and feminine energies to create a business you love.

Jen Beverage is a Spiritual Evolution Coach, Sacred Sisterhood Circle + Virtual Retreat Leader, Author, Speaker and Certified Health Coach. She helps women stop people-pleasing and start showing up for themselves, so they can create the ultimate freedom in their lives.

Great reminder to use your own critical thinking

Just listened to Ep. 193.5 on the real dilemma with “The Social Dilemma,” and particularly loved that Ruby challenge us to reclaim our sovereignty, trust ourselves, and use our critical thinking muscle before we just follow the crowd. As a business coach this message is one that all business owners must hear in order to lead more boldly, and be able to innovate, grow, and effect positive change in the world.
