This is an awesome podcast. While it would be easy to stick to anime films the guys here dive into a wide genre of Japanese films ranging from dance, horror, lumber jackets, samurai, punk rock and ramen. A great film club for those who love Japanese films. A one year update to my last review! Actually writing this review in JAPAN! I have had some cool photo ops with those stands you put your head in to look like a character thanks to these guys. One as the lovable tramp Tora-San and another as Ittō from the Lone Wolf and Cub series. Thanks to this podcast I instantly recognized the characters and not just as vague shadows in the back of my mind. Gave me a great application for the films. Keep up the great work!
