Customer Reviews
Better show
this year, overall, but Tom needs to chill out during the guest interviews.
They’re experts for a reason, but he has this need to dominate the situations, which usually go thusly: Tom asks the question, pretty much asks it again with different wording, then goes on a rambling quest trying to semi answer said question, then just in case everyone has by now forgotten what it was he finishes up by asking it for a third time. Just ask and get out of the way so the guest has more time to display their knowledge. It’s a three hour show so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to be one of the two main guys.
Commercials
Way too many commercials making the podcast not worth listening.
Offensive Cocktail of Greed and Stupidity
3 min 34 secs in on a 11 minute podcast and not only am I listening to the second ad break, but I’ve heard the same two ads twice each. 5 minutes later and mid sentence I’m hearing the same ads AGAIN
It’s bad enough that you have to listen to a minute of advertising for every minute of content but the ads are placed randomly right in the middle of a comment. Literally, not figuratively, in the middle of a sentence Tolbert or Ratto are saying. I’d actually pay to listen to these guys, but it’s not an option
