Election 2024: What Went Wrong & What Happens Now?

In one of the most surprising moments in American history, the most divisive president of all time was reelected by a substantial margin. The primary question now is, what went wrong? The easy response is that voters went to the polls and responded to the economy. While inflation is down and indicators suggest we’re on the way up, is it possible that none of that actually meant anything in the long run? Was Trump reelected based on prices in the grocery stores and at the gas pumps alone? Was immigration truly the No.1 concern as the Republican party had claimed from day one? Though the Biden / Harris administration’s record on immigration isn’t the greatest, was that the reason why the country will now go through four more years of Trump? Are we ready for Project 2025? Early Voting, Wacky Supporters, And Believing The Unbelievable

Struggling Through Issues And Finding Help

Subscribe to my Substack In this episode, I tackle the notion of getting help, when sometimes, getting that help is the hardest thing to do. The problem with processing grief, or loss of any kind, is that it’s unique to each person. There’s not a cure-all, or a magic button you can press to instantly feel better. It’s up to the individual to try and cope. For some, family support is everything. For others, it’s a best friend, or a circle of friends. But what happens when there’s no one? Or what happens when you’re discouraged from getting the help you need? The negative stigma that’s attached to therapy is still very much in play, especially for men. So what now?
