Welcome to Hive Minded.This New Year’s Eve Eve live episode turned into a full blown Hive hang. What started as a casual live conversation quickly became two plus hours of laughter, reflection, chaos, and surprisingly deep insight about the internet, creativity, community, and what happens when people put themselves out there.We talk about growth, getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, and how community changes the way we process things. We laugh a lot. We go off the rails. We analyze internet culture, viral content, music videos, narratives, and the strange psychological effects of what we consume online. At times it is absurd, at times it is thoughtful, and at times it is pure Hive energy.A big theme that emerges is this ideaWhen you put yourself out there for strangers on the internet, it is open season.That leads us to a spontaneous challenge. We challenge Sarantos to create a Hive Minded song. Not from a place of cruelty, but from a place of truth about the internet. Once something is shared publicly, it becomes part of the conversation. People will react, remix, joke, critique, and engage. That is the tradeoff of creating in public. The Hive does not hide from that reality. We lean into it.This episode is raw, unfiltered, and very much a snapshot of the Hive Minded dynamic. Friends talking, riffing, challenging ideas, and using humor as a way to process a very noisy world. There is no script. No agenda. Just real people and real signal.It also marks a milestone for us.
