    On this third episode of the trying to conceive Series, I delved into the option of adoption and encouraged as many people as possible to explore the option of adoption. I also gave examples of relatable instances of People who adopted Children and are happy with the decision they make. A lot of couples are still waiting to have Children, while there are some very beautiful children waiting for Parents to take them in and love them. This episode is about demystifying adoption in our culture and encouraging as many parents as possible to consider adoption.

    On this episode, we have a mental Nurse that gave explicit insights about the causes of depression after childbirth and how it can be totally avoided or managed when it eventually rear it's head. I hope that this episode opens the eye of the listener to Post parfum depression which is underrated in this part of the world, which also makes it difficult for new moms going through it to open up and get help either from friends and families or from a professional. This episode explains how each and everyone of us can Offer our support for Mothers that just put to bed, and how They can in turn maximise the support of Friends, colleagues and families to maintaining a good mental state after Child birth. At the end of the day, this episode is double edged. Targeted at both Parties. Enjoy!!!!
