Paradigm-Shifting!

I like to say that Ali & Max grabbed my YouTube-addicted brain by the lapels and dragged me to the pits of Health! Honestly, I had enjoyed their comedic (and creative!) content for a while, but unbeknownst to me they were building up some rapport until I encountered their endeavors in health & fitness. TotalFitHeads is a breath of fresh air for folks who don’t necessarily want to shoulder press an F-15 fighter jet whilst snorting creatine powder mid-reps: honestly, the fitness industry takes itself WAY too seriously and it’s actually off-putting (even intimidating) for people who simply want to live a better life. Even if I’ve heard of MANY of the topics they explore, there’s something about their wit, candor, humor, and curiosity that makes me feel like I’m on a fitness journey with them, and helps me make the step to trying things out for myself. I feel so much better than I did a few months ago, exhausted & reduced to filling in any free time with passive internet videos, but now I’m playing with my daughters more, I’m getting back into my hobbies again (mostly involving power tools), I’m able to take a few extra chores off my wife’s plate. I’m getting traction in my life again, thanks in no small part to a couple of goofballs who decided to share their time, talent, and stories with the world. Thanks, guys.
