    Stigmas

    Warning: Content discussed in this episode touches the surface on drugs, addiction and abuse along with stigmas that are forced upon groups of people.  It is important to not fall victim of the stigmas that surround us every day in order to move forward into a version of society that makes it easier for people to live alternative lives. We must remember we all bleed the same and should all have access to our basic needs. Just because it is easier for some to manage, doesn't mean other should go without. This is based on my non-profit organization, The Basic Needs Fund, raising money and awareness for people experiencing homelessness and shinging light on the basic needs everyone should have acces to.

    In this episode, I talk about ways to love and accept yourself while realizing your self worth. It becomes easier when you become present with yourself and realize how much you have to offer.
