    We have been working on a new project and its time to announce it: Project Taper Up! What is Taper Up? Our mission is to create engaging, educational, and empowering content that helps runners "Taper Up" in life, health, and fitness—no matter their pace.     Episode #336: Michael Whiteside

    We had a great time talking to Michael about his love for running and going after the 100 mile distance. If you talk to Michael you can see the happiness all over his face, he truly love being in the mountains and has a deep passion for what he does. As Michael says- "More is better." When you see him on the trail, expect a high five or a big hug. I had the pleasure of pacing Justin for a few miles and got a front row seat of how our struggles might slow us down but our heart and will can carry us through some tough times.
