    125. From “What If?” to Actually Doing It With Zack Harrington [Founder of Konex Adventures]

What happens when you stop waiting until you have everything figured out… and just go for it? In this episode, I’m sitting down with my friend Zack, founder of Konex Adventures and the guy behind one of the fastest-growing hike clubs in Ottawa. At only 24, Zack has already travelled around the world, built an incredible community of people who love adventure and connection, launched his own trekking company, and led his first international group trek through Peru. But what I love most about his story is that none of it started with some perfectly mapped-out five-year plan. It started with an idea, a few nudges along the way, and a decision to actually do something about it. We talk about what it looked like for Zack to go from wanting a different kind of life to actually creating one, the self-doubt that still comes up along the way, and why sometimes the only way through the fear is to take the next step anyway. We also get into travel, leadership, building community, knowing your strengths (and your weaknesses 😂), asking for help, finding people who complement you, and why you really don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. If there’s something you’ve been thinking about doing, dreaming about, or telling yourself you’ll get to “one day,” let this conversation be your reminder that you don’t need to know exactly how it’s all going to work out. You can be scared. You can have doubts. You can still go for it. CONNECT WITH ZACK Follow Zack and Konex Adventures to learn more about his upcoming adventures, international treks, and the Ottawa-Gatineau Hike Club: Instagram: @konexsadventures.inc And if this episode made you think of someone who keeps saying, “One day I’m going to…” send it their way. Maybe this is their sign to just go for it. 😉 ✨ READY TO CREATE YOUR OWN LIFE BY DESIGN? My next Life by Design workshop is happening September 27! 124. Success Without Fulfillment Is The Ultimate Failure

In this episode of the Transform Your Life podcast, Cass gets into one of the biggest lessons she’s learned through her own life and her work with high achievers, entrepreneurs, business owners, and people who look incredibly successful on the outside but still feel stuck, restless, triggered, or unfulfilled on the inside. Because here's the thing: You might not actually be chasing success. You might be chasing what you think success will make you feel. Freedom. Safety. Worthiness. Love. Belonging. Validation. Peace. Enoughness. And no amount of money, achievements, productivity, external validation, relationships, or “fixing yourself” can create an internal feeling that hasn’t been resolved at the subconscious level. Cass also dives into why high achievers can become really good at achieving while simultaneously becoming really bad at actually experiencing their lives. 🦋 Want to go deeper? If this episode hit a little too close to home, Cass is hosting her free online meetup, How Fear Is Holding You Back (And How to Release It) on Tuesday, August 25 from 7–8 PM EST. We'll talk about the sneaky ways fear shows up, why it can keep you stuck, and how to start moving forward without waiting until you feel completely fearless first. This isn't about making a pretty vision board full of things you're supposed to want. It's about getting honest about what you actually want your life to look and feel like and reconnecting with the version of you who gets to create it. 123. You're Not Too Emotional (Your Nervous System Is Trying to Protect You)

Welcome to this week’s podcast episode! 🦋 This episode is a recording from this week’s free online Meetup, where Cass explores why you’re not “too emotional” and what your nervous system may actually be trying to tell you. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why did I react like that?”, “Why am I so sensitive?”, or “Why do I keep getting triggered by the same things?”, this conversation is for you. Your emotions aren't the problem. Your nervous system is constantly trying to protect you. Sometimes, though, it can keep responding to old wounds and patterns as if they’re still happening in the present. In this episode, Cass explores what’s happening underneath your emotional reactions and how you can begin creating more safety within yourself. Ready to create a life that feels more like you? Life by Design Join Cass for the upcoming Life by Design Workshop on September 27th, where you'll explore what it looks like to intentionally create a life that feels aligned with who you are and where you're going. https://www.casshenry.com/lifebydesign Worthy & Free If you're ready to heal your past, master yourself, and live more fully, Worthy & Free is an invitation to step into a deeper level of personal transformation. https://www.casshenry.com/worthy And if this episode resonated with you, share it with someone who needs the reminder: You are not too emotional. Your nervous system may simply be trying to protect you. 🤍

    122. The Real Reason Your Home Keeps Getting Cluttered

In this special episode, I'm sharing the replay from our live community Meetup where we explored the deeper emotional roots of clutter and why organizing alone often isn't enough to create lasting change. After helping people declutter their homes for over a decade, I've realized that the piles, overflowing closets, and "I'll deal with it later" corners are rarely about the stuff itself. More often, they're mirrors reflecting fear, grief, shame, old identities, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen. If you've ever felt stuck in the cycle of tidying up only to find the clutter returning, this conversation is for you. In this episode, we explore: Why clutter is a symptom—not the real problem The difference between situational clutter and chronic clutter What your home might be revealing about your emotions How fear of judgment keeps both clutter and self-doubt alive The hidden connection between identity and the things you can't let go of Why organizing systems don't work if you never address the root cause How curiosity creates lasting change where shame never can Practical questions to ask yourself before you declutter anything This is an invitation to stop asking, "How do I get rid of my stuff?" and start asking, "What is my clutter trying to show me?" Because when you clear the internal clutter, the external clutter becomes so much easier to release. If you loved this conversation, come join us live for the next free Meetup. Every session is a chance to go deeper, ask questions, and experience this work in real time with an incredible community. 👉 Reserve your free spot at casshenry.com/meetup Ready to go deeper? My 7-Day Declutter Challenge starts August 10. Over seven days, we'll work through the seven layers of clutter—not just the physical stuff, but the emotional, mental, identity, grief, future, and situational clutter that's keeping you stuck. If you're ready to experience more peace, clarity, and freedom, I'd love to have you join us. ✨ Learn more and sign up at casshenry.com/declutter If this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who could use a little more peace in their home—and within themselves. And if you haven't already, be sure to follow the podcast so you never miss a new episode. See you at the next Meetup. 🤍

    120. The Hidden Identity Keeping You Broke (And Why Money Mindset Isn't Enough) with Amy Diamond

In today's episode, Cass sits down with Amy Diamond, money teacher, entrepreneur, and host of the Manifesting Millions Podcast, for one of the most eye-opening conversations about money, identity, and under-earning. Together they unpack why so many high-achieving women continue to struggle financially—not because they lack strategy or confidence, but because they're unknowingly living from an identity that keeps them playing small. Amy shares her own journey of questioning traditional financial advice, the unexpected download that changed everything, and the powerful connection between childhood roles, nervous system safety, and our ability to receive wealth. If you've ever found yourself thinking... "Why does money always seem to disappear?" "Why do I keep sabotaging myself financially?" "Why am I still struggling when I've done so much inner work?" ...this conversation is for you. In this episode you'll learn: Why money mindset work isn't always enoughThe difference between an under-earning pattern and an under-earning identityHow childhood experiences shape your relationship with moneyWhy women often struggle to hold financial powerThe surprising ways we unconsciously sabotage our incomeHow to stop shrinking yourself and start receiving moreThis episode is an invitation to stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and start asking, "What identity have I been living from?"
