Great information
I’m prediabetic. Don’t need to lose more weight but my fingers and toes were tingling and my A1C was up .1. Changed my eating and the tingling stopped the same day! Working on more sound sleep and lower stress and added a third day of strength/weight training. I’m excited that these tips and the diabetes prevention program I’m starting will help me reverse this.
I was snacking and eating things I though were healthy. Too many carbs and still processed food I didn’t think were processed. This lady knows her stuff! Everything she says makes perfect sense too.

Ms. Canning Gordon has the voice (so soothing!) and clearly the knowledge to guide me on the journey to a healthier me! The length of each episode is perfect and the assignments doable. I am only three episodes in and I am hooked! I will be sharing with friends and family for sure!
