Richard Berlin started as a volunteer baseball coach at Harlem RBI and has served as Executive Director since 1997. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at The New School University's Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Policy and currently serves as the Chairman of Harlem RBI's DREAM Charter School.
