As someone who is starting on my healing journey it’s so affirming to hear someone talk about experiences I’ve been having my whole life that I thought were just my own. I love that your podcast can sometimes feel like a phone call with a friend! When dealing with things that are so complex and personal it’s really easy to isolate yourself or tell yourself only you feel this way and think there’s no way out, but by amazing people like you that are brave enough to share their knowledge and experience it makes it a little easier for someone else to find their way to healing. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing like this, you’ve helped me more than you know!😊 wishing you more love and healing!

I appreciate the focus on ADHD and CPTSD, but the delivery is so awkward. Maybe this would be more effective if the podcaster would read and digest the info first, then present it. It’s truly painful to hear the stumbling over words and mispronunciations.

Some good bits. Podcaster fails to take personal responsibility and accountability at times which effects the credibility
