Jeff has an invigorating way of getting you excited about life about improving your life and doing so in step-by-step ways in all different areas to help you be healthy and productive has great personality and communicates with his audience both through the podcast and through email (he actually responds within 24 hours to your emails - with a goal of great customer service and so at the end of the day his inbox is at inbox zero). I have listened to so many of the Podcasts episodes a second time, especially while traveling back-and-forth to work, because I will hear something in one podcast and it will remind me of something I need to continue doing (or to start doing) that I might have stopped and I’ll go back and listen to the podcast and get excited about making changes to improve myself. I’ve listened to every episode, and through these I have made changes making me more focused and productive at work, in my personal life, and with the two organizations in which I am a leader. My health has gotten better, my outlook has improved, and I’ve started good habits and released some that either were no longer effective or that were holding me back. I highly recommend the podcasts, and while I’m recommending Jeff Sanders, pick up his books, or hire him as your public speaker for a work event, ceremony like graduation, or as coach to guide you through a massive project or goal.
