Best Balanced Tri podcast

I love how real this podcast is. I can relate to most of the topics. The commonsense is really science. I enjoy the health and fitness thorough talk through. The information is thought provoking and adaptive. The importance of health in athletics is emphasized as it should be. A strong athlete feels good. Thank you SO much for this podcast! I love it!

I don't mind occasional pro interviews, but they get a little tiresome to hear on every single episode of every single tri podcast--at least for me as an age grouper. This show is just good, solid, interesting information.
