    The England Rugby Team Identity imagined

    Today's story centres on the England rugby team inspired by a brilliant piece of analysis that  Sam Larner shared in which he makes the argument that Steve Borthwick is possibly the most intelligent rugby coach in the world today. He uses video analysis to demonstrate how intelligence has become the defining quality of the current England team. I don’t know if this is true or not, but it got me thinking about what it would be like to build a team identity around intelligence, and how this might be a good way to explain the abstract concept of team identity to make it tangible. So here goes I hope you enjoy and please do let me know what you think.
