Episode 48 - Ron Alford : Redefining Possible

Episode 47 - Richard Simmons: Biblical Principles to help you lead and win throughout life.

Episode 47 - Richard Simmons: Biblical Principles to help you lead and win throughout life.

Richard is the best-selling author of “The True Measure of a Man”, “Reliable Truth”, “The Power of a Humble Life”, and more. On today's show, Richard shares his journey of leaving a well respected job to follow God's call to start a men's ministry. He'd noticed how men focused heavily on work, leaving little to no time for remembering spiritual things and abandoning their faith altogether because of unanswered doubts.

In late late 2000 he founded The Center for Executive Leadership, a not-for-profit, faith-based ministry in Birmingham, Alabama. Richard’s approach is structured and methodical, and his passion is transforming lives through gaining wisdom and applying truth to every area of life.

High Caliber Content

Forrest does on the podcast what he’s already done in Iron Tribe gyms: an effective conversation that covers all the bases in a reasonable amount of time that gives you the tools to succeed. The people he’s interviewing are people who are disciplined and vibrant individuals who are interested in cultivating others around them. It’s well-worth the listen, regardless if you’re a minimum wage hourly worker, or an entrepreneur, or a CEO or even just a stay-at-home parent. Thank you Forrest for making content that matters, not just more noise on the interwebs.

How to approach specific workouts, how to maximize your growth, how to get better at specific skills, strategy for long term success as an IronTribe athlete, methodology behind programming, how do you arrive at RX, etc.
