    Sadness helps us appreciate joy and happiness, it is there to teaches us something if we are wise enough to pay attention and learn from it. Investigate what’s causing your sadness and figure out how to grow from it so you don’t keep making the same mistakes over and over again and being sad about the same old things. Feel your sadness don’t run away from it and remember that just like everything else, Sadness is temporary and joy will find you again.
