12 - Eating Disorders and Body Image
It's National Eating Disorder Awareness Week! I had an eating disorder throughout my time in college and I wanted to bring awareness to the condition as well as provide some sort of comfort for those going through it right now.

11 - Queer Climbing Community!
(I’m bad at titles) My friend Elli, the founder of the Queer Climbing Collective (QCC), took the time to chat about this group and how she came about making it!
We also talk about:
- The queer community in climbing
- The different types of climbing
- Our favorite types of climbs
This episode is short and sweet, and I thought it would be cool to share with you all places that I find community and comfort with other queer people :) Check QCC out! Instagram is @queerclimbingcollective :)
