This powerful series explores what it truly means to move forward despite uncertainty, self-doubt, and life's challenges. Through authentic conversations, personal stories, and practical wisdom, we uncover how courage is built one step at a time. Fear may be loud, but it doesn't have to have the final say. Together, we'll discover how healing, faith, resilience, and action can help us overcome the barriers that keep us stuck. Join us as we celebrate the strength found in vulnerability, the growth that comes from taking risks, and the victories that happen when we choose courage over fear. 51-year-old Cindy deeply knows that real happiness and longevity come from listening to the body’s wisdom. After an impressive 27 years in leadership positions serving as a Director within a major Financial Institution she bravely chose to step away from chronic illness and burnout. The message became undeniable when she temporarily lost her vision in one eye and her voice for multiple years. “For too long I stayed in spaces that dimmed my light – relationships, environments, and a career misaligned with who I was becoming” Cindy explains Healing began when I cleared my space, moved my body daily and worked with a Somatic Practitioner. Today Cindy has come full circle, showcasing the physical and emotional transformation that can come with a perfectly curated fitness plan and the support of friends and family including her two boys who she loves to move with daily. Because her healthy history has a reverence for the power of rest, and above all listening to her body. As she says, strength comes from alignment. In December of 2025, Cindy launched her own business, Soul State Wellness Inc. Emerging from her own healing journey she now walks a new path with steadiness and capacity bodied by a regulated nervous system and a renewed sense of purpose. Through her work she hopes to inspire others to discover that same harmony within themselves. My advice to others is to learn about your own Nervous System, she recommends. It’s the foundation for true health and deep healing. When body mind and spirit are aligned, strength becomes soft steady and deeply sustainable from the inside out. www.instagram.com/soulstatewellness/ https://www.soulstatewellness.com/ We talk with somatic coach Cindy Hyde about what it looks like to choose health over chronic performing, and how fear can be present without running the show. You Do Not Need Proof To Move

Come and listen to our Host, Tina Spoletini, as she chats with inspiring guest Stacey Vanthuyne for our "Victory Over Fear" Podcast Mini-Series. Whether you're facing a major life transition, stepping into a new opportunity, or simply learning to trust yourself again, these conversations will encourage you to embrace bravery and move confidently toward your purpose. Join us as we celebrate the strength found in vulnerability, the growth that comes from taking risks, and the victories that happen when we choose courage over fear. Stacey Vanthuyne believes most people don’t need more information. They need permission. Permission to trust themselves. Permission to stop living by the rules that got them here. Permission to create a life that feels as good as it looks. After spending years building a successful corporate career, raising two daughters as a single mom, launching her own business, and continually challenging herself far beyond what felt comfortable—from completing a Half Ironman at 50 to jumping off a boat beside Alcatraz and swimming through the cold currents of San Francisco Bay—Stacey became fascinated by one question:  “Why do so many successful people stop believing there is another level available to them?” Today, she works with high-achieving professionals, business owners, and leaders who know they are capable of more but find themselves living by the same rules and getting the same results. Stacey’s work isn’t about motivation. It’s about helping people recognize the rules they’ve outgrown, trust themselves again, and stop waiting for permission to live the life they really want. Because at some point success isn’t enough. You want to feel Alive again. LinkedIn: Stacey Vanthuyne Instagram:@staceyvanthuyne | @xposed_living Website:StaceyVanthuyne.com We redefine victory over fear as the decision to move and the discipline to keep taking small steps when doubt is still present. Stacey Van Thuen explains why strategy breaks down without identity change and how confidence is built through action, not waiting. • victory as commitment and consistent action, not a finish line moment • fear as worry and doubt left unchecked, faith as a chosen focus • identity and self-image as the driver behind behaviour and results • subconscious programming and how beliefs shift through repetition or emotional impact • guilt and shame scripts, especially around sex, money, and being “good” • why behaviour change fails when the belief underneath stays the same • health standards, self-love, and rejecting victim stories that keep us stuck • goal achievement as fusing with the person who already has the result • tools that support change, including visualization, journaling, and better questions If this episode resonated with you, please share it with a friend and be sure to connect with Stacey to learn more about her work.
