This podcast has taught me some amazing skills to protect myself at my hostile work environment. The guests are inspiring and smart, one lawyer on the show advised employees in a hostile work environment to strike before the directors and managers do. That advice saved my position at my job. And the hostile managers at my job are now very nice to me . Thank you for your content. One of my favorite podcasts right now.
Thank you!!

As a Blackman, your podcast has really help me re-evaluate how I navigate my work space. I work at a PWI so called Christian University and post DEI their has been a shift in behavior toward Blacks. I have seen and experienced work place bullying & gas-lightning at a all time high. Thank you for your courage to allow God to use you in this space. Keep up the good work.
