Dani is currently running for a Maxim contest where she's currently at the tip of winning 25k and make some life changes in her own life and the startUP in contribuing back with her knowledge. What is Dani B's secret talent? "IN HER OWN WORDS" I have probably spent more time upside down than right side up in my lifetime.     Hey Guys Ron Leon here! Meet Omari White, Omari White is an event host, copywriter, content creator, and reporter in the music, sports, and entertainment industry based in New York City. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mass Communications from Norfolk State University, Omari has done on-air, editorial and social media projects for well-respected platforms and has garnered interviews with figures such as Ashanti, Jadakiss, Fabolous, amongst others. And so we go Omari sitting on the throne sipping his favorite liquor , feeling humbling elevated, not by choice, but by surprise from me. He tells us his story about his upbringing living in Brooklyn, his stories about basketball, and passion for pop, fashion, hip hop, and how to make it in New York without influential friends. this episode represents a great example of mastering the outcome of negativity, and how to turn into a positive thing to a major favorite with the power of will, and zero excuses.     JOE RODONIS & ANDREW MARIANI- TRIPLE FFFM RAW

    Hey guys Ron Leon Here! Meet Joe Rodonis & Andrew Mariani IN JOE RODONIS OWN WORDS" t’s great meeting you and I’m excited to share my story. I’m proud to say I’m living out and pursuing my dream, but it wasn’t always that way. I grew up in Chicago with a great family and was very active in team sports growing up. I’m incredibly close with my brother and grew up with amazing parents. I left Chicago to study Finance at Indiana University - Bloomington. I began my professional career as a financial analyst at a Fortune 20 HealthCare company. I had a 10 year career there, and gradually moved into Sales Management, selling Nuclear Medicine in the Carolinas. While I had a great career, I began to realize this wasn’t going to be the right fit for me in the long run. In 2017, my Father and my Grandfather both passed away suddenly…which changed my life. A year later, I made the decision to leave my corporate job and “pursue my dreams”. This lead me to Cape Town, South Africa in 2017-2018 where I lived for 6 months as a model. An incredible experience where I spent time exploring the country, hiking, meditating, and diving into the fitness scene. In 2018, I decided to move to New York which lead me to find Tone House. I fell in love with the vision and community here. I am a Head Coach and Lead Instructor on Tone House TV (OnDemand). I also co-host a podcast with our Dietitian, Ryan Turner called The Breakdown. Represented by IMG Model Management, I have worked with brands such as; UnderArmour, GIII, Michael Strahan, Starter, Ten Thousand, Dirt Devil, Hanes, Men’s Fitness. As a Coach, my mission is to help others realize and unlock their potential and using training as a method to do so. I believe we are all capable of more than we may believe; and training allowed me a way to prove that to myself. I want to share that gift with everyone I work with as they pursue their own dreams. MEET ANDREW MARIANI A lifelong athlete and collegiate lacrosse player, Andrew began personal training in college with his team’s strength and conditioning coach. He has been training and programming for individuals and groups ever since. Andrew is passionate about helping people break down their barriers and discover their true potential. Fun Fact Andrew does a crossword puzzle every day. Certifications Onnit Foundations, CrossFit L-1, CrossFit Mobility, Aerobic Capacity, Power Monkey Olympic Lifting, Power Monkey Gymnastics, Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 Andrew also works in a concept group fitness conditioning modality across the states called "STRONG NEWYORK", and also he's transitioning into the field of fitness consulting, and the opening of gyms across America a true example of entrepreneur , and grinder. HIS PASSION EXISTS WITHIN THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE CORRELATION OF PROPER MAINTENANCE OF the human body AND Brain; it’s physical performance and the mind that controls it. Simple words, he's a man of life experiences that put in the mind work to achieve mental health, and now his career is to share his knowledge base upon his own mistakes and, how he can help others. Claire is a fitness professional in NewYork, with an intensive passion for boxing and hustle. she's a celebrity trainer in one of New York's most exquisite gym. Claire Prince has appeared in women's health Magazine sharing her workout routines, and has been future in boxing apparel brands such as BoxRaw, and fitness athleisure such as TorySport. Simple words, Claire is the SuperWoman of fitness, her beautiful personality and strong work ethic, has led her to be an influential example of female goals, as she highlights trainings to be stronger, and not to be skinny. Guests of Honor are Anthony Crouchelli, and David Simpson. Anthony Crouchelli, is a Fitness professional, and Public Figure, in New York City, and Boston. Anthony is the one of the Founders and Master trainers at Grit Boxing Gym located in NewYork, Anthony Is also Trainer specialist at LiteBoxer, which is a very innovated boxing system introducing, technology and Accuracy” The Peloton of Boxing” . Anthony is doing his MBA in fitness technology and venture capitalist. And so it goes, he kicks off the series telling his story. We also invited Professional Bare Knuckle Fighter, David Simpson. David is the hardest hitter up to date in Bare Knuckle history, he was discovered and selected during tryouts in Alabama, and was very easy classified to become a top contender in The Bare Knuckle fight League. He’s looking to make his official debut in August, but he’s ready to step in sooner. David is father of 2 children, and a family man. Bright future coming ahead, and we can’t wait to see it.
