From the perimeter
Wow, this podcast is SO good! As the sister of a person with MS, I have been delighted with Ardra’s blog as I learn more about this disease. The podcast is exponentially more powerful, because of voices’ expression and also the give and take. Ardra is a wonderful interviewer, and her guest is forthcoming and honest in such an approachable way. Questions I wouldn’t have been brave enough to ask, and handled in a sensitive and unpretentious way. I’m gushing, but I’m so grateful to you for doing this!
If you are part of the MS community, by either luck of diagnosis or loving someone with it, and don’t know Ardra Shepard, what exactly is it like living under a rock? Ardra is nothing if not unabashedly open and honest about life with Multiple Sclerosis. Alex is an excellent cohost, providing the audience with his view on life as the spouse/partner of someone diagnosed with MS. Do your brain a favor and listen.
MS from both sides - excellent podcast!
Thoughtful yet upbeat, Ardra and Alex talk MS from the perspective of life with MS (Ardra) and living with a partner with MS (Alex). They talk about real situations, what’s worked, what’s challenging and what’s scary. Highly recommended!
