    Happy Birthday Papa Jose

    With our world and country in a state of flux, I look to and learn from the teachers before me...especially my father. An uncompromising and imperfect, honest to God real man. I'm thankful to him for his example and promise to do my part to follow his lead. He is the primary example for what has become my work in teaching Leadership Evolved.

    Using Negativity as Fuel

    30 minutes to Midnight on New Year's Eve and I almost got pulled into a rabbit hole of negativity that completely consume me. Not today and not anymore. I managed to pull myself out of it and turn it into an opportunity for greatness. I'm looking forward to sharing the experience with you.

    Boost Your Mood

    This week's WW workshop is "Boost Your Mood with Activity". As I put myself through the practice of this workshop, I'm sharing the experience with this time. Reflecting on a time when I've pulled a cookie out of the cookie jar and setting a mindset for how I go forward. Plus, a funny "Alexa" moment...she repeated herself when I played it back. #ww #boostyourmood #activity #direction #intention

    Using the "Wait 5" Technique in my day.

    Today was the first day of the '23 - '24 school year. #Stress and #Anxiety are all over the place and I subconsciously fell back on my knowledge as a Weight Watchers Coach to have a successful day. Using the "Wait 5" technique I was able to move past the most difficult parts of the day without turning to emotional eating.
