Plus an interview with her twin sister Jenny Carrieri who is on a mission to solve the cold case murder.
Jody was a student at Towson University in Baltimore Maryland when she was murdered in cold blood on March 2, 1996. Today her identical twin sister Jenny Carrieri is ramping up the investigation to find her sisters killer.

Jody drove him home, then bought a six pack, and started drinking in a parking lot where her killer approached her car, shot and killed her. Then he followed her across the street where she crashed, he put her car in park and then stole something from her car, in front of several people watching.
Jody's family is offering a $100,000 cash reward for information leading to the killers arrest.
The suspect in 1996 was described as a black man, between 5'10" to 6'2", 200-220 pounds, 20-30 years old, stocky build, driving a white BMW.

42 - CULT: Manson Murders: Sister of Sharon Tate Speaks Out
LOST INTERVIEW: Sister of murdered actress Sharon Tate Speaking Out over fear of Manson Followers being released from prison.
Matt Johnson opens the TRUE CRIME VAULT for his interview with Debra Tate. (Note: It’s an older interview but fascinating with lesser known facts. Including: Tate smuggled herself into the L.A. County jail and looked Charles Manson in the eyes after he was arrested.)
In July 2023, Manson Family Cult follower Leslie Van Houten was released from state prison in Corona California.
The 73 years old was convicted of brutally killing Leno and Rosemary LaBianca in 1969. During a parole hearing she admitted to holding Rosemary down with a pillow case as Leno was murdered in the room next door. Then, Charles “TEX” Watson and Van Houten stabbed Rosemary 16 times.
The Manson Murders remain a life sentence for family and friends of the victim’s. Tate is an outspoken victim’s right’s advocate and runs a website to keep other living Manson Family members from being paroled.
In 2017 Cult Leader Charles Manson died behind bars of natural causes. He was 83.

Your podcast is a Favorite
I love your podcast as much as seeing you report on CrimeTV. My family has a podcast Hearth, Home and Homicide and we are learning so much through your professionalism and compassion. Keep telling the stories of the victims and the impact of crime. Thank you, Bridget
Access to individuals impacted by crime, like no other
Through his career in journalism, and clearly ability to connect and empathize with people impacted by violent crimes, we get to hear 1:1 raw conversations that we can’t find elsewhere.
For anyone who has find ourselves apart of a new story, it’s clear that the reported on situation is quickly dissolved to a few soundbites and catching headlines.
The interviews in this podcast feel more raw and unobstructed.
I certainly have looked into how to support some of the efforts that family members have started, to learn how I can assist.
I recommend this podcast.
Professional & Warm. GREAT COMBO!
I’m sure it’s difficult to strike the right balance between your professionalism as a reporter, & being completely relatable to both your audience, & the crime victims, relatives of crime victims/the missing, etc you are interviewing. Matt Johnson does a great job of making that look natural. Easy to listen to. Thanks.
