Definitely worth your time!!

I have been following Whitney on Instagram for a while now and finally got around to listening to her podcast! I can’t believe I didn’t start sooner! She is seriously such an incredible person and an amazing resource for anyone and everyone, especially those who struggle with their relationship with food! I can’t recommend it enough. It has a ton of useful information that everyone needs to know. Thank you Whitney for creating such an informative, interesting and engaging podcast. 🙌🏼

Refreshing and Restorative...and WORKING!

I have over a decade struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders, and despite years of therapy, it is Whitney's podcast that is helping me the most in terms of reframing my brain and changing my relationship with food and my body. When I start to have diety-thoughts or shame about my eating and my body, I hear Whitney's voice in my head and am able to take a deep breath and move on from the negative self talk. I am so grateful for this podcast!

Wonderful

Whitney’s podcast has allowed me to both establish a base in body appreciation and intuitive eating, but also enabled me grow my understanding of diet culture and size injustice as a whole. I am not proud to say that for years, I projected my own insecurities into body judgements on others. This podcast has really opened my eyes onto the diverse size spectrum and humbled me to understand that we are all just humans trying to live our lives free of judgement and restriction. Thank you for such a wonderful podcast, it has helped me so much.
