Calm in the storm

When my diet-thoughts start creeping in I love listening to Whitney’s podcast. Not only is her voice (and the intro music) super soothing but she gives tools and practical advice. Her website has amazing resources as well such as the binge meditation!

Absolute Perfection!

The title says it all, TRUST YOUR BODY! I’ve been learning and growing and this podcast has been super helpful. I’ve learned a lot about fat activism, specifics related to medical nutritional therapy from a variety of experts, and how to trust my body when I’ve been trained my whole life not to. I’ve listened to all of the episodes and I think after hearing just one you will too! Thanks Whitney!

This podcast is AMAZING!!! Has been so helpful in my journey to food freedom and understanding the larger cultural constructs we have surrounding health and weight (these are NOT the same thing!).

Whitney is a refreshing presence and brings life and humor to a topic that can be at times quite heavy. Everyone should listen to this podcast!!
