Thank you yusuf for this episode. It’s good thing I found your podcast. I am actually feeling “lost” right now at life. I can’t seem to get away/ break away from the life style that I have lived for 23 years on this Earth. I want to find my potential, but I keep breaking before I even tried or sometimes I don’t even know where to start anything. My ethic parents don’t help at all too. They have sheltered all my life telling me I can’t do anything without them and being a woman doesn’t help. I have so many things going on in my life and there is no one I can talk to because they don’t know or take mental health seriously. All in all, I have enjoyed this episode and the things you pointed out is something I needed to hear. As you were talking I saw myself reflecting and noticing what you are pointing out missing in my life style. In sha Allah, it will be progressive once i start with simple things in my life and really I hope to see the change you talked about in my life. I don’t wanna start crying so just know that this is helping someone who is really struggling. Thank you

Greetings Yusuf (I’ll look back and correct that if I spelt your name wrong). I am simply here to give my thanks to you for this podcast I’ve literally started a few mins ago but listening to podcast especially with contents similar to yours gives me the push that I need. I’ve recently graduated from high school, and I have been quite on/off with everything that I do. I’ve also been in a spiral of emotions a lot of has to do with life as a foreseeable college freshman. But I thank God that I am able to still be standing here and hearing your podcast just gives me the push I need. Anyways thank you so much, God bless you now and forever.

I don’t even know where to start, because you really have outdone yourself. “You’re a beacon of light, love, grace and everything soft.” 😂😂😂😂😂😂....... That felt more like confession than a review. Anyway, the point is these reflections, insights, and vulnerabilities you share are more than just a person speaking into a microphone. And we deeply appreciate and look forward to it, more than you can imagine.
