    2020 YouTube Challenge

In today's talk. I'm proposing a challenge for the year 2020. 1 video every single day on YouTube. This talk is for everybody that already has or wants to create a YouTube channel, and there's three very good reasons why you should start a YouTube channel. If you don't already know what it is, find that thing that makes you most happy, if you need help finding that thing watch this video now. Now I'm not telling you to quit your job or sacrifice your entire life to do this. This is going to be a part time thing that you do with the end of the day when everyone else is asleep you have a couple hours to work at it. Reason #1. You do not want to spend the rest of your life doing what you're doing right now. It probably doesn't make you happy. It's probably not the thing that you're passionate about and you'd much rather be 80 years old and doing something you love than be 80 years old and regret your entire life. Reason #2 Big huge companies like Blockbuster and Borders Books got put out of business by people like you and me. The entire TV, radio, newspaper game is done. It's YouTube, It's podcasts, And it's blogs. So if you know your stuff and you're good enough or you're willing to put in the hours to honing in your craft, you could turn into the number one source that people go to online on the topic that you choose. Reason #3 The internet is still super young. There are not many people on it, even though you might think that YouTube is massively saturated and there's no room for you. There is plenty of room. I can promise you that the internet is in its infancy. If you take advantage of it now, you will be very happy later on down the line when there is no more real estate to grab up.

Why you need to get on TikTok Now!

One of my videos is at 1.2 million views!! In today's talk I'm going to be discussing TikTok, and why you should get on it right now. Okay, quick rundown. If you do not know what TikTok is, TikTok is one of the newer fastest growing social networks that anyone's ever seen. The whole base of it is music. So you make a 15-60 second video attached it to music, you do all of the editing on the app, whether it's funny, shocking, entertaining, or you’re a model, or you're a singer, or a dancer? Whatever. What you want to do is turn on your phone. Download the app, you open the app, you choose a song, you record something to that song, you post it, period. AND, because this platform is so new, you could post a video right now with zero followers, and it could absolutely explode and go viral. If it's funny or catching or entertaining, because the organic traffic right now is ridiculous. TikTok will promote your video for free if people like it, so, it'll pop up and then somebody will like it, and then more people will like it, and then more people will comment and TikTok will immediately see this and their algorithm will say, “oh wow, this is a popular video, let's put it everywhere” and boom! Millions of people just saw your video in 24 hours. This does not exist on Facebook or Instagram or anything right now. So what you need to do you need to download TikTok, create an account, and literally just swipe through videos for 4-6 hours today, tomorrow and the next day. keep consuming the content to figure out what people are doing, what's getting a ton of views, why they're getting those views, and then try to replicate that using your own method and your own character of course. Some of the trending things right now, doing a dance routine either by yourself or with a partner, pouring fluid into a cup and letting it overflow on the ground, smacking your friends butt, going from no makeup to makeup. I'm telling you guys. These are dumb videos. A lot of people just sit here and consume content. That's why it's growing so fast. The cool thing about it is right now that the organic reach is absolutely insane. I posted this video of me and my daughter on my shoulders slapping my bald head, and within one week. I had 1.2 million views! That's insane!

Its not too late to start - Top 5 people who started late in life

In today's talk, I'm going to go over why it's not too late to start doing the things that you love, and become successful at it, and I'm going to give you five examples of people that started late in life. My entire life,  I told myself I was going to be successful and retire at 30. I'm 32 now and I'm nowhere close to it. I've tasted it, but I'm not there yet. Throughout our entire lives, we're told you need to figure out what to do in life, you need to pick a major, what are you going to do for the rest of your life. These people that are asking these questions haven't even figured out their life and they expect you to have the answer at 19 years old. I know people in their late 40s 50s and 60s that haven't figured it out yet. They're still living paycheck-to-paycheck. They still don't have the motivation and they won't even give it a try. So my message to you is, today, start today, not tomorrow, today, doing what you want to do, start doing it, live the life that you want, do the thing that you're passionate about, do the thing that makes you most happy, if you're watching this video you've already seen a ton of motivational videos, get off your ass and go do it. Now. Here's five examples of people that started super late in life and got massive successful! #5 Samuel L Jackson. Yep. That's right Samuel L. Jackson is in every single movie ever made, even though he's not in it. He's in it. Now, you're thinking Samuel Jackson. He's in every single movie. “He had to be popular his entire….” NO, his entire career was nothing until the age of 43, at the age of 43 he landed his role in Spike Lee's, Jungle Fever, and after all the movies that he made he raked in a nice 251 million dollars. #4 Martha Stewart. Now Martha Stewart is literally the icon of doing stuff at home, cooking, all that. like she is THE person, but she didn't get famous until she was 40 years old when she wrote her first book for entertaining. Now, this lady is worth 1.2 billion dollars. #3 Probably my favorite. Mr. Stan Lee. Now Stan Lee is known for all of the comic book industry. Like he's the guy that created all of it, the Fantastic Four, Thor, The Avengers, Iron Man, all of it. He's the guy.  He didn't make his first comic book until he was 39 years old, when he invented the Fantastic Four. So if you're in your 20s, and you're like I haven't made it yet. Just be patient. Trust me. #2 Henry Ford. It wasn't until he was 45 that his journey to entrepreneurship began. Now this dude had barely any resources, but he knew how to use people as a resource. In 1908, he made the first Model T. Now. This was a different age. He died in 1947, but by that time he was worth, in today's money, 251 billion dollars

Money cant buy happiness but it can buy you freedom

In today's talk I'm going to show you that money doesn't buy happiness, bu,t money buys freedom, and freedom makes people happy. Step 1 This is for people that currently have a job. Okay, you have a normal job. You have to go to that job. But what you can do is cut your expenses, no eating out, no buying stuff. You don't need stuff, eat ketchup and crackers if you have to. Quit smoking, cigarettes are expensive, quit drinking alcohol, it is expensive. Do what you can to lower your cost of living as much as humanly possible. Work your normal job, save as much as possible. Step 2 Most of us hate our jobs. So during this time of working your butt off, think about the things that you want to do that would make you happy, use this time doing what you hate to think about what you love. Step 3 Now that you have a bunch of money saved up, take one week off of your job, either paid or unpaid. It doesn't matter to me. Spend this one week doing absolutely everything that you wanted to do. Whether it's going to California, sitting on the beach, drinking champagne, partying, do whatever you want to do for this entire week, live life the way that you want to live it. This is just a small taste of what your life could be. You have one solid week to live your fantasy. Now realize how much better that one week was then living your normal life. It was great wasn't it? You were doing the things that you want to do. Step 4 Now, what you need to do is find a side hustle. If you need some ideas on how to make some money on the side watch this video. Okay. So now you take another week off of work, and you do your side hustle, and you do it hard. You do it every single day from the moment you wake up till the moment you go to sleep. There is a very high possibility that you made more money in this one week doing a side hustle then you did in your normal job because a normal person makes $10 an hour working 40 hours a week. That's 400 bucks. You could easily make 500 bucks on eBay flipping things, or on Facebook Marketplace. Step 5 Here's the hard part. Go to your boss and ask for an extended leave of absence like one month. You're not going to get paid during this month, but you just need the security of having your job if all else fails. You can come back in a month, make up some excuse like you're going through a really hard time, you have deep depression, and you need time off of work. You just need a little room to breathe, most places of business will be happy to offer your job back because its cheaper for them to hire you back then train a new person. Now, over the next month work your ass off on

10 ways to make money online and offline

There are some ways that you can make money on the internet. There are some ways that you can make money off the internet Method 1 Let’s start off with eBay. eBay has been around for a very long time and it’s not just an auction site anymore. It’s Amazon’s biggest competitor in the United States. Your house is probably full of stuff that you don’t use anymore. Take pictures of that stuff and sell it on eBay. If you run out of stuff, go to yard sales grab that stuff, sell it on eBay. You’re welcome Method 2 You can sell stuff on Amazon. 90% of the people that sell stuff on Amazon are people just like you and me. They found something at a cheap price, they put it at a higher price. They make a profit. Now. If you don’t have the means to get an amazing supplier to get cheap supplies to post them on Amazon what you can do, because there’s one product with multiple pricing right? You can take that product, find the cheapest pricing, buy it for that price, sell it for a higher price. You can make anywhere from 5–20 dollars on a single product. One of my favorite things to do is go to the Dollar Store, take your phone out, scan every single bar code in that store and check the price on Amazon. If you can get it for cheaper than Amazon. You should sell it on Amazon and make some money. Method 3 Okay, flipping on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist is the easiest most reliable way to make money, always. People list stuff they don’t need any more on Craigslist. There’s a tab that says free stuff, you click on that tab, you look through all the free stuff. Find something that’s relatively good you. Call that person up and say hey, I’ll be there in 20 minutes you go get that free thing you clean it up, nice and polished, you take pictures of it, and you put it back on Craigslist for more money than free or you put it up on Facebook Marketplace. The whole buy on Craigslist sell on Facebook, buy on Facebook sell on Craigslist. Those differences is called arbitrage buying low and selling high, you find the cheapest price you sell it at a higher price, even if it’s just the free stuff, you find a free bicycle for Children, you sell it for 50 bucks. You just made 50 bucks do that 10 times a week. You had made $500 Method 4 Now for my favorite way of making money, affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is simply me taking your eyeballs, having them look at this product, you buying it, and me making a small commission off that product, anywhere from 2 to 7 percent. So most people on YouTube do that, when they review the new iPhone, or they review this computer, or these headphones. They have a link down below, it goes to Amazon, when you click that and you buy that thing they automatically get anywhere from 2 to 7 percent. That’s how it works. You either make a Blog, you make videos, you make tutorials. Affiliate marketing, It’s everywhere. Method 5 Okay the way that I used to do it, and then I still do it. Uber, Uber Eats, Lyft, and Amazon deliveries. I’m going to categorize these all together because they’re the same method to make money. You pick a person up, you take them to their destination, you pick up a package, you take it to its destination, you pick up McDonald’s, you take.....

How to start your own YouTube Channel — 10 steps

Could you imagine when people ask you “Hey, what do you do for a living?” and you say “I’m a YouTuber” In today’s talk I’m going to show you guys how to make a YouTube channel. Okay, you want to be on YouTube? You don’t know where to start here’s where to start very very simple steps guys. Very very simple Step 1 Now, you want to pick a topic. There are two ways that you can do that. The first way, you can watch this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hg0Pj6eafgI ) on how to find your passion and do those steps, or the easier way. You have a best friend right, when you hang out with that best friend you can talk, something hours, right? That’s pretty much the one thing that you’re most interested in. Make a YouTube channel based on that. Step 2 One thing that you should NOT do before you start this process is to tell your friends and family because their judgment is going to hinder you from making content, don’t tell them until you’ve done like a hundred videos, then tell people. Step 3 You do not need fancy camera equipment. Take your cell phone, record yourself, with the selfie camera but do not look at yourself, look at the camera lens. Talk to the camera and imagine it’s your friend, your best friend, and you’re just having a normal conversation with them. You can look down, you can look up, anywhere really, just to start to feel comfortable with it because I can almost promise you that it will be awkward at first. Your first hundred videos are going to suck, just record them and stick to the program. Step 4 Make a catchy, fun thumbnail. If you don’t know how to do that. Look on YouTube for tutorials. They need to be bright. They need to be loud. They need to be colorful. There needs to be big font. And there needs to be your face on it or the thing that you’re talking about. Step 5 When you’re uploading this video to YouTube, in the description box, write out a description of the entire video. You can even transcribe the entire video, just as long as that box is full of words, words help search, do it! Step 6 Underneath that box, there is another box where you fill it in with tags, put every single thing that you can possibly think of that would help people search for your video. Example: how to play the guitar, how to guitar, guitar how to, love guitar, guitar lessons. Step 7 Now, you can post the video. That is all you have to do, is just hit upload. Step 8 Do this 100 times. I promise you, you need to make a hundred videos to learn to see if you’re good or not, to see if it’s a thing that you’re skilled at, to find your voice, to get comfortable on camera. You need to make a hundred crappy videos. It is an absolute necessity. Step 9..........

How to find your passion in 4 steps plus a bonus 5th step

Could you imagine doing something you’re passionate about every single day for the rest of your life? I’m going to go through 4 simple steps to help you find your passion. I would like to preface this talk with the fact that I do not like the phrase “finding your passion”. Like it’s some hidden thing deep down inside of you that you need to, like scour the earth to find, and finally uncover, like you have some hidden talent, that you’re like an expert cellist. Okay, so a lot of people that you see that are really good at what they do, started when they were really young. For example. My brother was absolutely amazing at Art. He could sculpt, he could do charcoal drawings, he could paint, he could do 3D renderings. It blew my mind how talented this guy was. The one thing I didn’t think about was the fact that he’d been doing it since he was a wee little pup and when he was small he made really crappy drawings like a brontosaurus with four legs going this way. Definitely two dimensional, definitely a step in the right direction, but his his first drawing sucked. He kept doing what he liked, doing every single day. He would just sit down and draw and doodle and draw and doodle and over the course of his life 29 years. He became ridiculously, ridiculously, good at what he was doing. So people always thought he found his passion. He’s gifted at Art, they would say. No! absolutely wrong. He started doing something he enjoyed he got really good at it over time, and that’s when he realized he was passionate about it. So….. Step 1 — Grab your phone, or if you don’t have a phone, grab your friend’s phone. Go to the wonderful website of Wikipedia. In the Wikipedia search bar look up list of hobbies. Scroll down and look at every single hobby that’s on that list. Write down any hobbies that pique your interest. Also, if you can’t figure out what hobbies pique your interest, go to your Instagram account, look on the little search thing. That’s the explore tab, and in there, it will show you a list of pictures that are related to pictures that you’ve liked over time. This is basically Instagrams algorithm to show you what you actually like, what you liked, or the things you’re interested in. Quick hack Step 2 — Once you have a list of all of the hobbies that piqued your interest, spend one week doing each of the Hobbies. I’m telling you right now. You will figure out very quickly if you like them or not Step 3 — After you finish your entire list, and did each thing for a week. Choose the one that made you the most happy. Step 4 — Do that one thing that made you the most happy for six months straight. I promise you after six months, you will have become a very proficient in that thing. So that’s four steps! If that one thing makes you really really happy forget everything else, you’ve already won, like 80% of people have not found that one thing that makes them happy and you already did it in four simple steps. If all you’re looking for is happiness in your life. Stop reading this blog and go look on Wikipedia find that thing and start doing. If after six months you still love doing it come back, watch this video, or podcast or blog, and leave a comment or smash the thumbs up button right now. I have a bonus tip for you It’s Step 5. If you want to take it one step further here is Step 5 — How to make money doing the thing you’re passionate about. For example you went through the whole list. You picked up a Guitar you spent six months on the guitar. You are really really good at the guitar and it makes you really happy. -Get your phone and record yourself playing your guitar. -Take those recordings and put them up on YouTube. #garyveechallenge
