Made popular in Warhammer 40,000: Apocalypse, the Phoenix Court depicts an assembly of the Aeldari War God Khaine and several Phoenix Lords. These Phoenix Lords include Asurmen and his disciples from the earliest days of The Fall, where he taught Jain Zar, Fuegan, Baharroth, Maugan Ra, Lhykis and more the ways of warfare and how to defend the Aeldari people. Both of these warriors are legendary guerrilla fighters, exemplars of their chapter's way of warfare: stealth, subterfuge, assassination. He is Chaos's weapons dealer - he plays all sides of the conflict within the warp, bartering with each of the Four to create their daemon engines and other infernal weaponry. He has established a sense of order within his growing domain, as industry and creation in the material realm empower him in his quests for pantheon ascension. Next on this Veiled Path is the enigmatic "main character" for the Aeldari Harlequins: Sylandri Veilwalker. A being rumoured to be multiple within a role, each moment of Veilwalker's lore pushes forward the tapestry of characters across 40k. From communications with Fabius Bile, working alongside the Fallen Angel Cypher, and escorting Yvraine, Herald of Ynnead, Veilwalker is the Laughing God's jest: a plot device. Both on the tabletop and in the lore, Lady Malys can bend others' perceptions regarding her game plan, with that deception extending to her lethality in combat.     AHRIMAN! Arch-Sorcerer of the Thousand Sons | 40k Lore

In these FINAL DAYS, join us in our exploration of the "who, what, where, why, and how" of iconic figures from across Warhammer 40,000's lore and tabletop in the form of a casual character dossier. Fifth on the roster is Ahzek Ahriman, at one time Magnus' the Red's favoured son, and most promising prodigy. A rampant mutation would plague the Thousand Sons since their inception, and after making a deal with Tzeentch to save the legion from the Space Wolves and their assault during the Horus Heresy, the legion would be doomed. As this mutation increased, Ahriman sought a cure - a magical antitode he would name The Rubric. The ways of Tzeentch would reveal themselves as The Rubric would change the mutated into dust, animating their armour as soulless beings.
