    Why Your To-Do List Feels Heavy {Ep 222}

We’ve all had those days where the list isn’t just “a lot” it feels heavy, blurry, and somehow personal. I want to pull that apart and show you what’s really going on so you can stop blaming yourself and start planning in a way that feels lighter. I'll talk about the key distinction that changes everything. Mental tasks versus energetic tasks. Mental tasks are your logical admin like scheduling, filing, paying bills, and handling simple content logistics. Energetic tasks demand presence and visibility like recording a podcast, meeting a new client, or sending an email that asks you to share your voice. That’s why a five-minute email can feel harder than an hour of admin, and why forcing yourself through “resistance” can quietly push you toward burnout. I also share how I work with my current capacity while I’m studying, why I avoid stacking too many high-energy jobs in one day, and the simple method I used to track my physical, mental, and energetic state hour by hour. You’ll get practical productivity and energy management strategies you can use immediately: save admin for quieter gaps, protect your best hours for big energy work, and break heavy tasks into small, logical steps so you can build momentum without draining your battery.     The Gap Between Knowing and Acting {Ep 221}

    Send us Fan Mail You can be completely clear on what to do next and still not do it. That’s not a character flaw, and it’s not a sign you need more information. It’s the gap between knowing and acting and it’s where momentum gets built or quietly lost in business and in life. I dig into why clarity isn’t the thing that creates movement. Clarity gives direction, but decision is what moves you forward. When you’re hesitating, it often isn’t loud fear. It’s subtle delay that’s easy to justify. Tweaking the details, waiting to feel “ready,” or staying busy with planning that looks productive on the surface. I will name that quiet resistance for what it is, and talk about how perfectionism can keep you safe while keeping you stuck. I also share a personal moment that still makes me feel compassion for my past self. The first time I went live on Facebook. Taking that step made everything real. It brought visibility, responsibility, and the possibility of getting it wrong and that’s exactly why the mind tries to avoid it. But momentum doesn’t come from big dramatic leaps.     The Cost of “Almost” Aligned Clients {B'Day Fun D12 Ep 219}

    Send us Fan Mail The client looks “good enough”, the money helps, and nothing is obviously wrong yet your body hesitates. That quiet hesitation is the start of what I call an almost aligned client, and it can cost far more than a few extra hours. I talk through the real texture of the half-yes. The tight chest, the pause before replying, the internal negotiation that says “I’m being too picky” while your nervous system says “no”. If you’ve ever felt slightly on edge with a client you technically should be happy about, you’ll recognise this immediately. I dig into the practical fallout that follows when the foundation isn’t strong.  Emotional labour, over-explaining, over-delivering, and the subtle tension that makes you feel defensive or tired. I share a personal story about scope drift inside a long-term offer and how quickly boundaries can blow when you agree to “just this once”. Then I go deeper into the energetic side of business alignment where every time we override intuition for income, self-trust weakens, standards collapse, and it takes real effort to rebuild that baseline. I also make this grounded and practical. The space after you say no can feel exposed when cash flow is inconsistent. So I talk about preparation. Building even a small financial buffer, separating long-term strategy from short-term fear, addressing money stress directly, and diversifying revenue streams so one client never equals survival.     Helping People Without Being Pushy {B'Day Fun D11 Ep 218}

    Send us Fan Mail Your intuition can be a superpower in business, but it can also become a shortcut into pressure if you’re not careful. I get real about the moment “helping” starts turning into steering and how to catch it before it damages trust. If you’ve ever felt that surge of urgency to convince someone, persuade them, or “wake them up,” this conversation brings you back to grounded, ethical selling that still feels confident and clear. I unpack the difference between intuition and projection in sales conversations. Intuition notices patterns and offers insight without attachment. Projection assumes you know what someone should do and quietly shapes the outcome. I also talk about capacity emotional readiness, nervous system bandwidth, finances, energy, and timing. A “no” is not a rejection of you, your coaching program, or your membership. It’s information, and respecting it is how you build trust with clients and grow a sustainable brand. You’ll hear specific examples of what crosses the line, like amplifying pain to force a decision, labelling hesitation as fear, creating dependence, or using fake scarcity marketing tactics that manufacture urgency. Then I map what clean, grounded selling looks like in practice Naming what you notice without dramatizing it, being truthful about outcomes, keeping your energy spacious, and checking your motives so scarcity and ego don’t hijack your tone. I'm talking about business seasons beyond the calendar, and why following someone else’s timeline can quietly turn your work into a grind. I explore the idea of internal seasons like expansion, visibility, creation, and retreat.     Spiritual Bypassing in Business {B'Day Fun D9 Ep 216}

    Send us Fan Mail Spiritual language can feel like a warm blanket in business, until it becomes a hiding place. I talk about spiritual bypassing in business. The subtle habit of using words like alignment, divine timing, trust the universe, and energetics to avoid the exact things that grow a company such as clear decisions, honest money conversations, structure, and uncomfortable emotions. I share real examples of what bypassing can sound like, including calling fear “not aligned,” postponing action under the banner of “waiting,” or refusing strategy and financial tracking because it feels too corporate. Then I get firm. Business is structure whether we like it or not, and your numbers are not a moral judgment. When sales or launches don’t land, sometimes the issue isn’t energy at all. It can be messaging, pricing, execution, boundaries, or communication. Looking clearly at data is not anti-spiritual; it’s part of integrity. I also go deeper into emotional processing, because bypassing often shows up as “I shouldn’t feel this.” Anger, jealousy, disappointment, and burnout are human signals that need attention, not shame. I offer simple self-check questions, body-based cues, and a practical reframe that helps you tell the difference between true alignment and instant-relief avoidance. The goal is integration: intuition with discipline, energetics with evidence, spirituality that stays embodied in real life and real business.     Changing How You Look at Your Bank Balance {B'Day Fun D8 Ep 215}

    Send us Fan Mail Your banking app shouldn’t feel like a threat, but for so many of us the simple act of checking a bank balance comes with a tight chest, a quick inhale, or a wave of shame. I get it, because I’ve lived it. So I’m taking you into a different way of seeing money, where the number on the screen stops acting like a verdict on your worth and starts acting like feedback you can actually use. I talk money mindset in a grounded way, starting with the nervous system. Money is “just numbers,” yet it rarely feels neutral because our bodies react to meaning, not math. I share how shifting from judgment to relationship changes everything: when you approach your finances with steadiness instead of criticism, scarcity loosens its grip and clarity shows up. I also explore why money needs to feel safe to expand, and what it looks like to engage with your bank balance regularly without dramatizing it. Then I go deeper into receiving, especially the ways many women are taught to overgive and downplay what they receive. I unpack money stories from childhood, hustle culture, and even ancestral or generational beliefs that can wire abundance to danger.
