    Attachment Leads to Anxiety, and Anxiety leads to Attachment

When you're afraid of losing a relationship, you attach.. you hold on tight.. you get anxious.. and it pushes them away. When you're afraid of spending or losing money, you get anxious about your bills, and you forever seem to live in that scarcity-middle class range. Today I talk to you about why attaching to anything, is at it's base unhealthy. Because it speaks to how poorly or scarce we view ourselves.     Why is it so hard to be happy? Your inner child knows

    Send us Fan Mail Okay - it's been a A WHILE since I was on here, I know. But I needed this time for my own healing, to reconnect with my authenticity, and to let God flow through me.. to you. So hopefully that's what comes out of my content, and if nothing else you will at least get all my love. But here's why this episode is important for you.. Most of us listening - are givers, lovers, fixers. People with sensitive nervous systems who always take care of others' needs before our own. In almost all of your relationships, you've probably noticed that you gave and gave and didn't receive enough. You were probably abandoned or rejected without knowing where it came from.
