    Today, we are continuing our talk on “Design by Design”! Let's take a look at Genesis 1 when God began to create. I believe this is a demonstration of what God wants us to do in our life. Be productive(“…let there be”), examine & celebrate your productivity (“….and it was good”), and then REST. HE could’ve did it all in one day but instead decided to take it day by day. Even God used the system of phases to create this fine tuned world we live in today. Then, He rested which shows us how important it is to stop and rest. Take a listen as we expand on this idea.     Worldview

    What lens are you viewing your life through? Do you know that your worldview actually sets the tone for your philosophy which persuades your thinking and then becomes your actions? That’s pretty powerful. Basically, our worldview influences how we think and live! Today I’m challenging everyone to be more intentional and knowledgeable about your worldview.   For my Christian believers, did you know that science and history supports our worldview? C.S. Lewis said "Men became scientific because they expected law in nature, and they expected law in nature because they believed in a lawgiver."  That “lawgiver” is God, the God of the Bible.  Can you explain our truth to an unbeliever( 1 Peter 3:15)? Become more balance in your delivery of the Gospel. Become more knowledgeable about the substance. Don’t just get enough for yourself. Get enough to be resourceful to any unbeliever that may ask  about the reason for the hope in you. While searching deeper depths to do ministry more effectively, it is possible that you will find more reason to cling to your faith in God. Let’s Dive In!

    Facing Yourself

    There is a doubter in all of us. A part of us that makes us second guess our goals and aspirations. Don’t give in to that voice in your head telling you to live “safe”. Do more than just “be” ….Be willing! Be willing to live and not just exist! Step beyond “normal”. Move beyond the “average”. You can have more than you got because you can’t do more than what you’ve done so far! When I say ”have” I don’t just mean money. I’m talking about the life you can design for yourself!
